Good morning, I pray that your week is off to a GREAT start. Today's message "A Servant " Jesus "Yeshua" was the model servant. We read this throughout scripture. In one occasion, He even went as far as to wash and dry the feet of His disciples (John 1-17). For this was a responsibility of the household servant to carry out when guest arrived. But it was one that was not beneath our Messiah, He used it to teach His disciples the act of serving. We his followers must also be servants, willing to serve in any way that glorifies YHWH. For we live in a time and a world that places their emphases on self rather then others. Their thought process is "What's in it for me? How can I gain and get ahead". Serving others is a key component to our faith. When we place others before ourselves, we reflect our Messiah. For this action will speak and minister to the hearts of those we serve. Are you willing to follow Yeshua's example of serving? Whom can you serve today? I pray that your thoughts, words and actions will reflect our Messiah.
