Good morning, I pray that your week is off to a GREAT start. Today's message "Humble Servant" Jesus "Yeshua" was the living example of what a humble servant was. In the book of John, we read that "Yeshua knew that the hour had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. He knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God "YHWH" and was returning to YHWH; so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him". Washing and drying the feet was a job for the lowest of household servant to carry out when guests arrived. If even he YHWH in the flesh, is willing to serve, we his followers must also be servants, willing to serve in any way that glorifies YHWH. For no form of service should be beneath us. For the way we serve and love one another is what demonstrates to others that we are the children of YHWH. When we place others before ourselves, we set ourselves apart from those of the world. Let us not forget, the last will be first, and the first will be last. Who can you humbly serve today? Have an AWESOME day and may you be a blessing to many!
