Warrior,
Good morning, I pray that your day is going well. Today's message "The Heart" Our heart is the center of emotion, especially as contrasted to the head as the center of the intellect. It provides us the capacity for sympathy; feeling and affection. After researching and finding this definition, I have even a better understanding of why we are instructed throughout the Bible to guard our hearts. Proverbs 4:23 reads, Above all else, guard you heart, for it is the wellspring of life. For we must understand that our hearts guide and direct all that we do. Every word that comes out of our mouth starts in the heart. All of our actions and choices are driven by the desires of our heart. We often pay large sums of money to guard our earthly possessions. But YHWH instructs us that it is even more important to guard our hearts, If we don't it can lead to spiritual ruin. For many years I lived with a hardened heart. Looking back, I realize that this was the center of all my problems. When I finally surrendered my life to YHWH this was the beginning process of healing. I was able to see things entirely different. "Life Through A New Set of Lenses" There are no doctors, medications or vitamins that are capable of healing a hardened heart. It is only through living a surrendered life to our Messiah that can bring healing and restoration to a hardened and broken heart. I pray that if life experiences have hardened your heart, that you will find strength within to surrender them to our King. For it is only this that will bring healing and restoration to your life. Have an AWESOME day and may you be a blessing to many along the way!
“Blessed is the one who always trembles before YHWH but whoever hardens their heart falls into trouble.”
