Good morning, I pray that your day is off to a GREAT start. Today's message "Guard Your Words Carefully" What could be wrong with just talking, as long as you don't actually lie? There is plenty of danger in just talking. Our words can be like dynamite; they can destroy people. They should be carefully weighted before they are spoken. Even truthful words can damage. Yet they can also save a friend from going wrong. The Bible speaks strongly about both the danger of gossip and the good done when someone justly corrects his friend. We must not forget that the tongue has the power of life and death. I encourage you to examine your words carefully, let them be edifying, loving and uplifting. At times we have tendency to respond in the heat of the moment, crushing people with our words and tones. Have you said anything recently that you wish you could unsay? What are the most life-giving words you've spoken lately? The words you speak identifies your heart. So think and pray before you speak or respond. Let your words demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit that resides. Have an AWESOME day and may your words and actions inspire others to want to know Jesus "Yeshua".
