Good morning, I hope your week has been going well. Today's message "Spiritual Awareness" For this is the ability to see, hear and discern things for what they truly are. I can't help but think of a car I once purchased. The paint looked brand new and the tires were shining, but underneath the hood was an entirely different story. For we live among people who appear to be kind but underneath the physical flesh they are wicked and self serving. For we are warned that there are those who will come dressed in sheep's clothing but underneath they are ravenous wolves. For we can be guarded against falling prey to these types of people. First we must seek a greater understanding of the Spirit of our God that lives within us. For the Spirit is our helper who guides, protects and provides us with discernment. For discernment is the acuteness of judgment and understanding, seeing people and situations for who and what they truly are. For in our own strength many will purchase that red shinny car, just as I did. I pray that you gain a greater understanding of the Helper that lives within you. And that you receive eyes to see and ears to hear and the ability to discern good from evil. Have an AWESOME day and may you be a blessing to many along the way.
