Good morning, I hope you had a GREAT weekend! Today’s message “Forgetting” We all have a tendency to forget things, but let us never forget what our God has done for us and what He expects of us. As I was reading Deuteronomy, Chapter 8, I was reminded of this. It reads “Beware that you do not forget God “YHWH” by not keeping His commandments and His ordinances and His statutes which I am commanding you today, otherwise, when you have eaten and are satisfied, and have built good houses and lived in them, and when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and gold multiply, and all that you have multiplies, then your heart will become proud and you will forget YHWH who brought you out from the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery”. For how easy it is to be distracted and be swallowed up by our work and the ways of the world. So let us guard ourselves from becoming proud and falling away from our Fathers ways.
