Good morning, I hope your day is off to a GREAT start. Today's message "Perfection" Perfection is the state or quality of being or becoming perfect. For there are many people who live to achieve perfection. Most people with this mind set are usually over achievers in everything they do and become very critical of others who don't display the same mindset. This can lead to a very difficult life. When a person of perfection falls short, they have a tendency to beat themselves up emotionally. I know this first hand, because I am that person. After many, many years I have come to the realization that the God we serve isn't looking for perfection, He wants connection. He wants your heart, your passions, your thinking. And most of all He wants you to have a heart like His. I pray that if you struggle like I do, that you will make that connection that wipes away perfection and a critical spirit.
