Good morning, I hope your week is off to a GREAT start. Today's message "Do Not Fear" Fear is a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined. Fear can be emotionally crippling. When faced with difficult situations, that stimulates the emotion of fear, we must turn to our Messiah and cry out to him. We are encouraged throughout scripture to be strong and courageous and fear nothing. In Deuteronomy 31 Moses calls the Israelites together prior to his passing. And reminds them about all that God has done for them. He goes on to tell them to fear nothing, that it will be YHWH who will go before them and cross over into the Jordon to take the promise land. Deuteronomy 31:8 "YHWH is the one who goes ahead of you, He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. For we must understand that the words that YHWH gave to Moses to speak to the Israelites still stand firm today. Scripture tells us that our God is the same today as He was yesterday, never changing. If there is something in your life that is stimulating the emotion of fear, you must let go and give it to YHWH. So, fear nothing and know that He is with you and He will go before you.
