Good morning I hope your week is going well. Today's message "A Servant" For our Messiah provided us with one of the greatest examples of what servant is. It is Jewish custom for the lowest servant of the household to wash the feet of those who enter the house. Prior to the death and resurrection of our Messiah, He washed his disciple's feet. Listen to these words provided in John 13:13-17 You call Me Teacher and Lord and you are right, for so I am. If I then, the Messiah and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you. Truly, truly, I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master, nor is one who is sent greater than the one who sent him. If you know these things, you are blessed if you do them. For the mindset and the actions of one who has surrendered their life to our Messiah will follow His examples and instructions. I pray that the desires of your heart will be to strive every day to mirror the mindset and actions of our Messiah. For He was the greatest servant of them all.
