Good afternoon, I hope your week is off to a GREAT start. Today's message "Do We Ever Arrive" As we make our journey through this life, we must continue to grow, learn and expand on our understanding and knowledge. For the lessons one learns depend on their ability to be open to listen to "teaching" and wise counsel. If one takes on the attitude of being close minded, and believes they have arrived, and isn't open to expand on their knowledge, this will stunt their ability to grow. This not only holds true to the lessons of life but it also stands true when it comes to our journey of faith. For the Word tells us in Proverbs 1:5,6 A wise man will hear and increase in learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel, to understand a proverb and a figure, the words of the wise and their riddles. So, the question is, are you open to grow and expand on what you already know? Or, do you live life believing you have arrived and know everything and are close minded? You think about that.
