Good morning, I hope and pray that your week is going well. Today's message "Let Go & Take Hold" In order to take hold of something, you must first let go. The same is true when it comes to pursuing a relationship with Jesus "Yeshua". We must first let go of the things of the "world" and seek the things that are above, where Chris is and we must set our minds on the things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For the world is the adversary's playground and he does everything in his power to attack, distract, conquer and destroy us. He places things before us that may appear good, but at the end they lead to our destruction. Remember he is crafty in his ways, and his motives are to destroy you, pulling you away from the light and dragging you into the darkness. We "can not" and I say again "can not" fall in love with the things of this world and maintain a love for our Heavenly Father. Scripture says "Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in them." Therefore we must let go of the passions of our former ignorance, and strive to mirror He who has called us.
