Good morning, I pray that you had a productive week. Today's message "Choices" Life presents a series of choices, some being trivial and others that can be life altering. In the book of Genesis Chapter 13 we are given the example of the choice that Lot was given, when the time came for Him and Abram to separate and go their own way, Abram provided Lot with a choice to pick whatever Land He wanted to take for himself. Lot picked the land that He thought was best, even though it bordered the land of Sodom, a city riddled with sin. As we know, it didn't turn out well for Lot. We ourselves can fall into the same mindset that Lot displayed. When Lot was presented with a choice, he gave no consideration of his uncle, he choose what appeared best for him, never seeking any council from God "YHWY" or taken into consideration his uncle who loved him. We too can choose the best while ignoring the needs and feelings of others. But this kind of choice, as Lot's life shows, leads to problems. When we stop making choices in YHWH's direction, our only option is to make choices in the wrong direction. We are much more likely to avoid disaster when we seek the council of our Father. I pray that your hearts desire will be to take every choice that you are presented with, weather big or small, take them to Papa. For He will guide you in the process of making decisions.
