Good morning, I pray that you found time over the weekend to be refreshed. Today's message "Summit & Obey" Obeying God "YHWH" is often a struggle because it may mean surrendering something we truly desire. We are provided a great example of this in the book of Genesis. YHWH tested Abraham, He request that he take his son "Isaac" and sacrifice him as a burnt offering. Abraham being the obedient servant that he was, followed YHWH's instructions. And we all know the outcome of the story. We should not expect our obedience to YHWH to be easy or to come naturally. What is it that you truly desire that YHWH may be asking you to give up or to hold off on pursuing? Will you trust and obey him? If your anything like me, you struggle with this. I have a tendency to want to help YHWH, stepping in his way, taken control, as if He needs my help. As I mature in my faith I am learning that when I follow the ways of my Father and surrender to His plan, I am more likely to avoid obstacles, making for a straighter path and a successful outcome. I pray that you to will seek the desires of Papa, trusting, summiting and obeying in His plan. For His plans lead to the ultimate victory. Have an AWESOME day and may you be a blessing to many!
